  5. Roll up the persimmons. Cover with plastic wrap and press it together.
  6. Keep in the freezer for about 2-3 hours.
  7. Allow it to thaw for 20 minutes before slicing it up.
  8. Cut into one inch slices and serve chilled to your family and guest
  9. Keep it in the freezer only if anything is left and use as many times as you wish. But do not forget to freeze it everytime with a plastic sheet wrapped around it securely.
  10. The persimmons should be semi dried. However, they were not available here in my place. So, I dried them personally.
